When I see a technique like this demonstrated, I always wonder if it has ever actually worked in the real world or is just a confidence-building exercise.
I've seen worse, unfortunately, but I wouldn't want to try that technique. Ever. I don't have a lot of experience with Krav Maga but what I've seen and tried so far was not for me.
If that is representative of their defense against a knife concepts, I'd suggest someone try a counter blade seminar with Michael Janich instead.
